Citroen Berlingo 2008 Problem dashboard

After changing the value on the counter, my rev counter works badly. I connect Lexie and it shows good value 800rpm or more. A on the counter shows 200: /
Does anyone have an idea why?

when you sit in vehicle and just turn ignition on not running where does the needle sit ?

may be just a case of taking needle off and reseating it with ignition on.

The needle is at 0 as it should be. I still have to see if some cable on the bsi as I pulled out was not damaged.
