The info I have on the car is that is has a separate immobox located behind the radio area. The dump you posted doesn't look like it contains the immo data. Can you post a picture of the location on the ECU you read this chip from? Once we have the right dump we can add key data or provide virgin file.

Doesn't this van use a immobox, or was it added later? They replaced that model, the Previa, here in 1998 with the Sienna, before they even had immo, but the apps ask for immobox data.

As PhantomLord said I will look for that separate immobox located behind the radio area again, I might have missed it before I try Lion0304 dump.
TMPro2 says look for immo box and vvdi2 also says you need to read chip 24c04.

Checked behind radio almost the dash is out just can not find it, the car is over 20 years old and no one has a clue how the immo works!!! or were about.

Sorted this Estima immo in ECU use carprog with A6 Clip read chip as 93c56x16 dump go to carprog immo module Cellica 2000 use CN1 4c chip and programme transponder you do not need to write back the dump because only transponder will chance keys and not the dump.

So Carprog just clone the transponder data in the dump.

Exiting lost key still start the car then.
