passat b6 ccm dump repair

After unsuccessful keys adaptation, immobilizer security time was blocked to 10 min with no posibility to count down (all modules powered+lights+brake pedal ...) and no possibility to enter security code (error 35...). Key count is 0.

In ccm dump 95320 is still stored 2 keys with id :
Key1: CF495F75
Key2: 18C3D886

Is there possibility to make active both keys or reset immobilizer lock time to 0 in ccm dump (or repair dump) ?
