OPEL COMPO MJD602.C1 TUNING

hi everyone!
I have Opel Combo C Z13DT with MJD6O2.C1 ECU and i want to give it more power...
The turbo open at 2500 rpm and i want to open at 1500 - 1800 rpm.
Is this possible???

i'm trying to modify with ecm titanium and looks like nothing change...
