MAZDA 3 synchro PCM and IC

Mazda 3, 2003 year,1.6hdi Bosch 0281011534.After the battery is discharged, the engine will not start.No crank at all.
I checked errors with universal diagnostics scanner and no errors, not in the PCM and the Instrument Cluster.
Can somebody synchronize the Instrument and PCM?
