ECU dump from car with manual gearbox to ECU on car with automatic ?

For Example Astra J 1.6 petrol with ECU E83 automatic gearbox - Is it possible to work if use dump from the same but with manual gearbox with immo off

They will be very different if the engine ECU need information from automatic gearbox ECU
