Hi. Hawe a w164 with damaged ism, just bought a new one ftom a dealership. Will fit it at weekend. Mayby anybody knows do i need online star coding or it will be enough offline?

You have to make the iSM to virgine state with AVDI.
After you can to personalize and activate it.

No.
Brand new is in virginized state. You have to make a personalize and activate it with Xentry or AVDI or X431 Launch etc...
You have to make virginize a second hand ISM only
