2017 Tacoma and 2014 Honda Accord Odo Programming tool

Hi folks, just wondering what the cheapest effective tool to correct odometer on a 2017 Toyota Tacoma and 2014 Honda Accord would be, and if possible a trusted link to purchasing said tool -no chinese knockoffs, please and Thank you!!

no cheap tools to do this by obd ... you can do it by soldering but it needs some soldering skills

By cheapest I meant along the lines between carprog, smok, iprog, etc. Main focus being compatibility between both model cars over cost. Thanks though!

Jprog can do both by obd, but definitely not cheap.
