VW Golf IV Display malfunction

Hello mates,

I have the following display where the illumination is not good enough and the display does not look ok.

I know it can be reapaired, something to do with software probably, find attached memory read by AVDI.

this seems to be a voltage regulator problem, it should supply voltage right for leds, check power light leds
