Becker Bavaria pro RDS 1801

Can any one help,this unit has a very dim display when switched on, with no info on lcd,and does not turn "ON" the rest of the unit.All the voltages check out.Could it be corrupted dump? Would anyone have one,thanks.

I worked one unit with similar problem, but it was years ago. One voltage stabilizer was unstable and makes problem...
