Could someone give me the PIN of this Opel Combo ECU so i can program new keys?

if its a combo c you can read pin from instrument through obd with opcom

There is no VIN and pin in your dump. Is it from eeprom?

carprog can extract pin code or u can read immo or bcm to extract pin code
