MJD 603 BDM MPPS pinout diagrams please

Hi, can someone please link me to some wiring diagrams for bench connections for this ecu, I can find mjd 602, but not sure about whether or not this is identical to 603 and nowhere I can find an MPPS bootmode diagram, any help greatly appreciated.
