Hey guys, so i did try couple of solutions proposed to set the egr off of my parents car(did try with checksum and without multiple times), MB W202 C220 CDI 1998 @ 125hp, because it is entering limp mode, no joy at all, it doesn't even crank.
Did put the original one again.
I would appreciate if any of you guys could make the egr off and a step 1 tunning if it is possible(i would be happy with egr off only).
I'll be attaching 3 files, one is the original, one is the solution proposed by another user which did not crank the car, third file is for consultation purpose if you would like as is another similiar car(mine, id:02 65 45 03 32) which had the egr sucessfully removed.
The egr on this car uses vacuum lines, which are attached to a vacuum valve, which throws error p1403 when vacuum is lost by the egr.
I'm not sure if p1403 off would be enough to make the egr off and the car not entering limp mode, i'll leave that to you guys who know more than me.
So the reading was done using fgtech galletto 4 master.
