Is it Continental/VDO? If so, MCU is protected.

OK, but there are so many processors we do that are protected and we can still read write data. what programmer can do this job.this seems to be some secret like renesas was few years ago. now everybody is doing it.

i have tried upa - grom and smok.

There is no programmer for protected V850 based processors to bypass security

OK, how does one distinguish which processors have security. on 9s12 it is the "s" on renesas it also has a "s".

these numbers D70F3423G they are on the list of programmers to be read and write...........

Security cannot be distinguished by partnumber of the IC.
9S12 can be secured or not. It has nothing to do with the S in the name. For some IC you have ways to bypass security for others like NEC there are not.
