Solution to disable EGR on EDC17 VAG with DPF ON

Hello everybody,

I am currently working on the EDC17 in the newer VAG cars with Common Rail TDI engine.

Regarding disabling the EGR valve, I heard different opinions. Some say that the DPF would not regenerate afterwards. Is there a solution to disable EGR with working DPF?

Disable in normal mode and leave active in regen mode.

dont put a plate because the car will go in limp mode then
