Need to make a spare key for a Renault Koleos 2017

Hello every one
I need to make a spare key for a Renault Koleos 2017 with VIN: VF1RZG006HC257436. (The car is with key)
There is no Renault Dealer in my country so I wondered if it is possible for any of you to get online and remotely help us make the key or make the key and send it to my address.(UAE-Oman)

I have Renault Clip and if needed, can provide any other tool.

Please let me know if you can do or know a place which can help me.

If it is a capable tool, we may buy it.
So you believe only this tool can do my job?
