Need 12,000 miles on odometer - BCM eprom 24C32 - Chevy Camaro PLEASE help

When I read the eprom with CarProg DashBoard program( de-soldered the chip from BCM board) it reads either all 000 or all FFF

yes mate, there is something wrong, some Carprog clone doesn't read serie 24cxx, you need to read with other programmer
