L52H with upa serial [Sitemap]

Hi guys i have a problem with 68hc08az32. I have upa serial programmer and i can read the device without problem with security bits but when i try to program no mater the file loaded it always programs FF on all location in eprom. Its a vw airbag module with 68hc908az32 with L52H mask.Anybody had this problem?

Try to read and writte as 908AZ32 4MHZ

Have you lift pin 17,20 and 21 and change value of UPA for 8000HZ and also with external surce?

Problem solved, I found newer software which supports AZ32A

if u read, and u get AA AA AA it's secured !!

No problems with the reading, i have security bits , the problem was that i couldnt write to the eprom. About prog08 i have used this a long time ago for programing flash and eprom on 68hc908gp32 without problem and its own interface. Are you telling me that this soft works with upa serial? Thanks
