hello, im new to home tuning, i made a misstake when i started to order some of the equipment.
i have a Ford Fiesta 1.4TDCI 68Hp 2007 modell.
when i recieved my mpps v16 clone cable the other day, i discovered that i had been checking the wrong compability list,
and my car with the 1,4 litre engine wasnt in the list, only the 1.6tdci engine.
so i wondered since the 1.4 and 1.6 uses the same sid 804 ecu, is it possible to use the cable and software safely at my car even thoug its not the right one?
i have been trying to google around for answer, but doesnt seem to find any answers.
i also wonder if anyone have a recommandation for equipment ?
i been thinking about ordering kess v2 any thoughts?
i know i might not get that much more power out of this, but with all the mountains nearby, i really need what i can get out of the car,
and buying a new car isnt an option at the moment (living in Norway)
