BRILLANCE V5 2014 NOT START, HAVE P1610 IN ECU

I need your help friends, I have a 2014 Brillance V5 vehicle with Immo and PEPS that I try to find a solution to start. I do the whole procedure with the scanner to program the key and program the PEPS, after everything concludes successfully the engine does not start and I have fault code in Motor P1610 and Immo B061 (Disturbed or no challenge / response transponder communication) I think that someone corrupted the data of the eeprom of the ecu or the immo.
All this problem occurs after they stole the PEPS under the passenger seat and exchanged for a new one.
Will it be possible to make immo off? in any case I need good files for ecu and immo please

I think the immo off is in the MCU. try to read and post, I'm sure some member of this forum can help you

Colleagues I need your support, I already have an immo off file for this ecu and I would like to try it. The problem is that I try to write it but it manages to be written. I have tried with Ktag and with VVDIprog. In both cases after writing it is read again and the file is like the original reading. that is, it has not been changed.
Can you tell me what you should do to write this ST10F275?
