Passat 3C EDC17CP14 ECU immo off/ECU Change

Hello.I have a Passat 3C with a damaged ecu.I Have a used Ecu with the same Nummbers.The new ecu is from Golf 2.0Cr 140Hp SW Upg.: 03L906022CL 6222 . I have 2.0Cr170PS 03L906022BM 6224 .So i need Immo Off and after this i must write the old internel Flash.From the New/Used ECU i have boot read internel and eprom read.
From the old damaged ECU i Have Only OBD Read.Can i write from SW03L906022CL 6222 to 03L906022BM 6224 ?
Please Help.What is the best way ?

Hi.I have make immo off and writen the software.Motor start without problem and work.(solved)
But after put out the key from ignition lock in the tachometer comes fail with yellow steering wheel and safe message ignition lock dont work.The fail number read by vcds in immo is 02811 electric ignition lock ecu(elv) J764 fail.Please help.Thanks
