Ford ECU and DASH sync

Hi Everyone,

Please can someone help me...
I have a 2006 Ford Fiesta 1.6TDCI (diesel) with EDC16 dash.
The immo light stays on solid red.
I have attached dash and ecu (95160) dumps.
Please could someone check if these dumps are in sync.
