Please help to turn off the switch egr, I turn off only errors p0401, P0402 but this is not enough and the lamp MIL lights up after 60km.

Thank you for responding, I tried this option, the MIL is on and error P0401.
To completely disable the EGR, you still need turn off the switch egr.
Can anyone help me with this?

I solved the issue myself, downloaded a similar software egr off and corrected my in winols

What flasher did you use? I tried to program VW Bora 1.6 Marelli 4MV EGR off with Galletto - the car doesn't start. Calculated CKS in WinOLS and programming with Kess - ECU locked. Need recovery in boot mode.
Can anyone calculate correct checksum and check if the switch is needed? Thanks.
