Hello gang,
I need some information about MB can filters because recently I lost couple jobs (w222 and x166) because I couldn't do it safely.
My main tool is DP4 and I want to find out more about can filters.
1) Can I use can filters from others manufactuers or I must buy from elprosys? Because they want like 110eur per 1 can filter,
and some others are charging anywhere from 15$ to 40$.
2) As I understand you must use two filters, one for cluster, second for EZS is that correct?
3) Do you have to write/program filters in anyway or is it just plug n play, solder in?
Thank you

So in your opinion it's worth the money? And there is no more price friendly alternative?

I have used many cheap Chineese filters around $27us and not one has failed me yet .
One did fail because I put it in upside down lol
Fitted correct way and all good
Paying $100+ for a filter is just ridiculous imoa

Cheap chilly ones are great for the purpose but can’t be used on anything twin can , they will bit work , do a search there’s other good ones that will at less than half the over priced Ellprosys ones
