Hi friends,

I have bought a Mercedes and I had to change the battery because the previous was refusing to start the vehicle. Since I have changed it, I get theft warning on the radio. I contacted the Mercedes dealership for this issue. I got the code 31121 from them to activate the radio. But as you can see in the attachment, I need 6 digits. The code I received has 5 digits. My question is, what to do? Does someone has a solution for this?
The VIN code of my vehicle is 4JGBF2FE2CA799750.
