Mondeo Delphi DCM 3.5 ecu swap

I have a 2014 mondeo 2.0D with a Delphi DCM 3.5 ecu. The ecu is damaged and i have located a similar ecu. Do i just swap eeprom and read flash with Kv2 and write to new ecu or is there more to cloneing the ecu?

inside eeprom 95640 end MPC5566
read both and clone to used one

I transferred eeprom and copied the flash using Kessv2
Im getting an eeprom checksum error and immobiliser fault. Any ideas?

Is reading the flash by obd good enough or do i need to do bdm?
