VW Passat B7 mileage by eeprom 24c64

Hello. I have replaced cluster, now I need to incease mileage. Current speedometer value: 175.075 Need to increase to 251.525 (old cluster value). I know it is possible to increase by eeprom, decrease is not possible. Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad English.
