Dsg sequencing gears

Hi in Touran what have 6gears DSG make dsg for example in town put 5gear when car go 80km/h and car vibration.. How to optimalized this? When i need better shifting gears?I know must read dsg data with kess.

I think you have to replace dual mass flywheel but you have to hear, when shut off the engine or ideling its have to hear strange noise.
Second solution - the curve of the axle from the differential to the wheel.

No I mean dsg shifting to next gear in low rpm ... i hear something about tuning dsg and this problem fix it

Yes its software problem. You have to read and write TCM. Probably the engine is 2.0tdi with dsg dq250 but which year is car.

My car is golf6 2.0tdi dsg and 5 gear is shift abaut 1300rpm at 55-60km/h and no vibration.
I put a remap on

I put a remapped file on my dsg to increase the torque.

I do remap on engine and dsg gearbox for maximum results. Some things in terms of shifting from 1 gear to 2 gear(it is to earlier shift).

Rumor states remapping can damage flywheel, but correct me if wrong these are dual clutch not dual mass.

try shifting down a gear to see if vibration there at same speed lower gear.

DSG gearbox have dual clutches and dual mass flywheel.
It's like a two manual gearbox and two clutches for them. In first gearbox is 1,3,5,R gears and in second gearbox 2,4,6 gears.
