Do you need immo off or only adapt pump (vp44) to immo?!

There are 2 possible ways:

Immo Off with pump: Immo off must be done in both files.... 24C04 & 29F800!

To Adapt pump on immo: Use VCDS, Login-Code for your car is 05285...info for adapting: http://wiki.ross-tech.com/wiki/index.php/Immobilizer_III_Injection_Pump_Swapping

Best solution adopt with VCDS.

Read the PIN from Cluster Also and you can adopt it easily

I tried on the Skoda Superb 2.5 Vp44 to do immo off in eeprom when changing the pump. And it works without problems. Maybe your first problem is immo and your second problem is setting the pump on the timing belt. If the pre-injection is incorrect, the car will not start.
