BMW E46 320D VP DDE3 need to make CKS

Maybe someone can help me with this DDE3?
I need to make checksum. None of my tools can do it.

cks is not a problem but this file is modified no original egr is not off !!!

Sorry my bad! Forgot to add downloaded file.

The car was already badly tuned so i did fix the tune and turned off EGR by atmospheric pressure.
