ECU update with Abrites Mercedes (Avdi). how can I find .CFF file?

Hello Guys,
I would like to update the Engine Control Unit of a Mercedes W205 using Abrites Mercedes offline diagnostics. Somebody told me that I will need .CFF file. How or where can I find this file?
