insignia dash power up and backlight problem?

anyone got powerup for insignia 2011 dash?

also what causes led backlights to fail on these?

got one here, customer says backlights not working on one side.

when I test with multi meter they all working?

pin31 = kl.15
pin32 = kl.30

according to that post ,,,,, but its not very clear which 1 is gnd and +12?
