i search Orange 5,UPA,TL866 what from this is best ? Thanks

what do you want to do because you will need most eprom readers

I have used many programmers:

to read eeproms and processors, the best for me is upa
to read Nec processors I use Nec Programmer
to read Fujitsu I use upa-s
to read flash 29f200 or 25c512 from ecus I use Minipro.

However you will need more than 1 programmer and sometimes use Toys by OBD2

UPA, UPA-S, Willem from china (wery nice 24cxx, 93cxx, 95xxx eeprom reader). Sometime need alternative tool's for read.
