W211 need sinchro EIS and DASHBOARD

hi friends.
custumer bring me car with ''- - - -'' on dashboard.
i think that someone change cluster.
can somebody help me to sinchro dash and EIS by editing eeprom dumps?
i have readed EIS and DASH eeprom (24c16)

Put in dash 0km and set autorization Xentry away......645169
