Hi there was wondering if someone can help,
I have had a car come in that has had a shorted out ECU on the vehicle, the ECU data was backed up previously before the incident happened, so new ecu with a full backup was done.
Now the BSI is corrupt/not working.
Is there a way to reinitialise this BSI
Attached is the ECUs EEProm read and the BSI 95160 Chip read, comparing it to another persons it seems that mine is corrupt (alot of FF) at the bottom
Current the BSI shows the mileage and the remote locking works but doesnt speak with the ECU and the ABS cannot speak with BSI so the -- shows instead of the MPH
so is there anyway that a replacement BSI can be put in I.E is the Key pin code etc still available to be pulled from the BSI etc
Thank you.
