Hi,
I have 2009 passat B6.
I do not have the immo pin code and i need to adapt a key.
How can i get the PIN code? the dealer does not want to give me.
I have VCSD to program it, but i don't have the key.

You will also have to precode the transponder..if you have only vcds, forget about it.
Call a local locksmith!

use brain + google and you will find all what you need

To get the pin code you just need any eeprom programmer.
Take off CCM ,behind glovebox, and read eeprom 95320.
Post the dump file here and we can give you pin.
But ,as I said,you have to precode the transponder chip to be accepted by the car.to do this you need a transponder programmer.
This is basic information and you can find a lot more just using Google or reading this forum.
I still suggest you to call a locksmith..
