Palio 2004 all key lost !!!!

hi to all i have one palio 2004 with all key lost

the car have BCM Delphi with 93lc66b eprom
and Ecu Bosh ME796F003

How to make key !! i have Fvdi And Ktag and SBB

TO read the bcm with fvdi he ask for Pin Code i opned the bcm i find 93cl66b eprom i read it with xprog

can i have the pin from this eprom or i need to read the ECU to have the pin ?

can some one share the pinout of this ecu with ktag or with fvdi to read it and make key

Palio have HC9s12 in BCM, not 93c66

there is no HC9s12 in my BCM only eprom 93cl66b (see the pic)

Read again as 93c66(A) and 93c66(C) and post files

i read it as 93cl66b 16bit and i chose punto 1999 as model and its give me the pin can i program it as punto ?

Ok now looks good. You have two options:

1) program transponder by TAG Tool and write new eeprom with written key back to chip 93c66, car immediately starts
2) prepare dealer key by dump and learn via OBD with PIN. I don't know what car is it because Palio SHOULD have 9s12 but if you have 93c66 yeah program like Punto, Doblo.
