hi, I have a car opel astra 1.9 16v cdti, mount ecu bosch edc16, I have the defective butterfly body, if I disconnect the plug and then delete that error in the ecu that's fine? do you need to do others? thank you.

Yes, you can disconnect the plug. the car should be fine, if it's in safe mode you must delete it in file. If you have any problems, post flash file.
