Indeed tuned file is bad, but the reason for non start is the bad checksum of tuned file.
here your tuned file with checksum OK.Car will start with this file but no power gain, and will run bad.The only good mod in your file is rev limiter at 7392rpm.Rest is crap.
If you need a good tuned file send me pm.

Thanks mate, I thought of the checksum but evidently my correct file wasn't good because the machine didn't start up. this is the incorrect file and not made by me.
If I need the stage1 for this car I will definitely contact you.
