Hi,
Are there any mapping guru's on here who can check my stage on map against the original and tell me if there is any glaring mistakes?
The car is a 2.0 PD140 (BKP) with a Siemens PPD1.5 ECU, H/W 03G906018CE, S/W SN100L1000000.
Below is the list of changes that have been made and attached is the ORI file, modded file, A2L file and personal .KP file.
I'm not after any changes to be made but a general comment of 'it look's Ok' or 'it's well off' would be great, and if anyone can fill in some of the blanks to some of the questions below that would be great too.
IQ Limiter has been left stock at 70mg/st accross the table (49876, 6 X 4)
Torque Limiter raised to a max of 450nm but stock at redline (4AD32, 20 X 1)
Turbo MAP Setpoint maps changed (9 in total) ammended for GT1749 Hybrid turbo for peak of 27 PSI holding around 23-24 PSI. Do all these
Turbo maps require modification? (All 16 X 16, 50E94/51094/51294/51494/51694/51894/51A94/51C94/51E94)
Injector Duration maps have had Y axis values changed at high RPM and table edited to reflect, this was done by somebody else (tuner) so I decided
to leave it as it is, this has been done to all 6 Injector Duration Maps, Do all these duration maps require modification? (All 16 x 16,
53AE4/53CE4/53EE4/540E4/542E4/544E4)
An unknown map located at 553BC (8 x 32) has been ammended by somebody else (tuner) I have no idea what it is or does so I have left as is. Does anyone know what this is?

MAP Limiter 2 has been raised across the table (5E26E 12 X 12)
MAP Limiter 3 has had portions of the table raised (5F856 8 X 8)
An unknown limiter has been raised across the table (5F8D6 8 X 8) does anyone know what this is?
An unknown limiter has been raised across the table (60156 8 X 8) does anyone know what this is?
An unknown limiter has been raised across the table (601D6 8 X 8) does anyone know what this is?

Injecton Quantity maps have been adjusted at higher torque figures, this reflects closer to a PD170 Injection Quantity maps
(PD140 and 170 IQ maps are very similar but slightly raised at higher torque on PD170)
This has been done to all 12 Injector Duration Maps. Do all these duration maps require modification? Are these new values suitable for the Injector Duration maps with stock Start Of Injection?
(All 16 x 16, 6114E/6134E/6154E/6174E/6194E/61B4E/61D4E/61F4E/6214E/6234E/6254E/6274E)
Both Smoke Limiter maps have been adjusted, do they look OK for the rest of the map? (6AD9E/6AFFE 16 X 19)
An unknown map/limiter has been raised across the table (6ACA8 8 X 18) does anyone know what this is?
All Drivers Wish map have been changed to my suiting incorporating higher torque values
(7AEB8/7AFB8/7B0B8/7B1B8/7B2B8/7B3B8/7B4B8/7B708/7BA88/7BB88, 16 X 8)
An unknown limiter possibly error monitoring has been raised across the table by somebody else (tuner)
(7B888 16 X 16) I feel this should be returned to stock?
