Hi there,

is there anybody who can help me with finding ISN from dme 1.7.2 ?? E36 or if its possible to reflash it with non ews sw?

my dme is 0 261 203 590 - M42b18 - 318ti

Will send dump when somebody will be able to get the ISN

You CANT use 950 Software at this hardware,
Immo off 590er Ecu is also out there but not offical released.

or get DIS, maybe inpa... and read isn there or read from immo box ;).

thats the issue, I have only ecu without car and ews. Ive got inpa (with icom) but connect to this prehistoric ecu is more difficult than to the newer ecus :-D

abo the sw yesI write it wrong.I found nonews sw from same ecu number 590 but use of emulator is more safe in my opinion.Will send dump when I get back from work.

You can write a non deleted ews tune to a new eprom chip.

Sure 590er ews delete software? Most in internet I saw was from 318i not 318ti or is ;).
if really 590er ews deleted software will you share? + send "ori" I will have a look in evening.

sure, of course it needs to be checked. Didnt do by myself yet but ecu label claims to be M42 engine. Will share later when I get home :)

Can it be reflashed to silver 590 so the EWS will be gone ?
If not please write me where to look for ISN in the hex dump of siver stickered 590.

Im here with no starting engine from 318ti into e36 coupe 93' , so one car doesn't have EWS /coupe/ and the Ti has ews. So im in dilema , and doesn't want to use EMUlator like Julie bcouse for some money more i will build own speeduino and will make the car work.
So i am looking for cheap answer to this situation :D . Does IuD software works with immo off solution ?
