If you can read again from 12V leave to 7V and use cable not very long

I use martech for dwcoding this units, never have problem before.. strange thing..
i have finished my job for today, i will try tomorow to read it on 7-8v..
It woud be great if someone have dump for unit with this partnumber to share..

Update:
I have tried to read dump on VCC 8V, same rusult. I have tried to write another dump, bit no success, cant write it...
Any suggestion? Maybe need to use other connection point for this unit?
This board is liitle different from other that i have worked before.. please, tako a look..
