Mitsubishi colt 1996 lost key

Hi to all! Mitsubishi colt 1.3i 1996 year, lost key, metal ecu and immo box. Am disconnect immo box, inside x24c01 e2prom, read it with willem programmer, get other car Texas 4C transponder, and manyaly put key in dump. After car with ehgine on stay about one hour. After that am try to start it, car start and stop, after that no started, May be anybody can check my dump. In first line dump am change 07 3A D1 3D to 00 E7 3F CB, where am wrong?

Program transponder to 2 position.......key 1 is sinhro .

Thanks to all, to add key in dump inaf in first line dump change 07 3A D1 3D to 00 E7 3F CB, my problem was bad transponer, he was poorly seen by the antenna, after I got the transponder out of the key, check engine lamp is off and after one hour car start! Im programm key 1 position.
