This is 2ª bsi and turn ligths, Hazard and presence ligths no working !
1º BSI I clone width old dump from the car , but no luck

Yes sure, I know. But I think that PSA Reference, complementary number and version must be ok and no all zero.

If you did a good telecodificate, maybe you have a hardware problem in your BSI.

Take a bsi from the ones you bought. Take its original data and put 0Km.
Place this bsi in the car and if the turn signals still do not work, forget about changing more BSI´s.
Look for the problem in the car (possibly a short in the cables)

That"s the first fing I have done !
Now I see that the problem is in wire loom , because I have short bettwin Gnd and plus without key on !
I unplugged BSI connectors , and if I put multimeter probes in side light socket minus and plus, and connect battery terminal + , multimeter beeps , then I take out batt terminal from batt and steel beeps for 15 /20 seconds

Check the cables that goes to the lateral´s turn lights. I had some problems with Xsara´s and the problem was in this place...

Is in front head light, rigth side !
But I think wire loom is melted in some point to !
