Running Focus 3 Cluster with microcontroller

Hi, I am trying to run a Focus 3 cluster (12 pins) with a microcontroller conntrolling the can bus, anyone had tried this? Anyone could help me with the pinout?

Can you be more specific?, do you need power up on bench or do you need pinout to read that cluster?
