Golf 4 PD 1.9TDI 74KW 101HP RateMyTune!

Hi!

I'm quite new to remapping in cars, I've managed to get my hands on some chip files from some serious chiptuners here in the Netherlands (VVT and JD engineering)

So I've managed to combine two maps together from a 74KW.

One was mapped @ around 1.3 bar other chipfile i've got was mapped @ around 1.5bar.

So I combined these two can anyone rate the tune, allready flashed it on the car and it runs quite nice for now. Just curious if it's a good tune / safe. It's smoke free tough.

Really would like some feedback.

So another guy PM'd me and looked at it he says with a VNT15 I will blow the turbo.
Can anyone advice what's the max PSI for it, dont want to blow it yet tough haha.

Correct... its calculated power... nothing to face so much.
You can put values engine will never reach and see flawless power...

AXR engine can go in stage1 strong tune to 150 155 hp and 330 to 340 nm dyno tested many times

On advice from another tuner here lowered turbo pressure.

Mate we can see but tell us how car run now...1.5 its not good for stock turbo..if you want a finest tune do it on dyno run.. :)

boost is to much is small turbo ,Soi maps not touched and important is how is maded file not to raise all values to high and you think will get all power no no no.... i can make to 150 hp real dyno test and boost 1.2 bar or 1.3 max :)
