A lot of errors, including internal module fault and ABS is triggering fault that faulty values are received from RCM module.

I think your dump is not correct, looks completely different to the 4 dump crash files i have with this part number. Try this dump from another vehicle cleared.

I tested also this file and its not OK.
With ori file I only had crash data DTC.

With this last one these come up:
ABS: U0452, C0062
RCM: B140E, B140F, U0253, U2300, U3000, C0063

File not OK.

Is it possible that eeprom and flash are locked together, so even if eeprom is swaped from other module with same HW Bosch & Ford number it will not work?
I have tried a lot of files, always similar DTC's, originaly car had 1 crash data DTC. I also chenged VIN in dump that is from other car and reported working but still nothing.

ABS is trigering invalid data received from airbag module - RCM.
RCM is reporting U3000:49-AF internal module failure
