Trouble reading with Carprog

Hi.I just received airbag module from a 2014 Ford Mustang (DR33-14B321-AC) and when I try reading it with CarProg I get stuck on Boot error.Sometimes even on security part with message “security failed-turn ignition off for 5 seconds “.I tried almost all software for Ford and Mazda with infineon processors but I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong or is something wrong with codecard server.I used carprog to read couple of fords and Mazdas no problem until now.Also every time I open different software and try reading with it,I get a message which counts down credits.I never seen that before and I have carprog full version ,I don’t think I should have credits.Anyway,anyone had similar issue or idea what to do please let me know

If anyone else is having this issue,might have the same problem as I did,my A1 multi didn’t want to work with Ford Infineon module but old A1 works like a charm
