hello shooting! you always say post dump for 4000xxxx honda radios but you do not answer where to get the dump, where is the flash located to read and how to read?

You need to read the flash or eprom for dump and if you can’t do that I suggest take it to your local decoder as you don’t know how to read for dump.

AHHH Again, another wrong answer to a simple question, I am asking where is the flash located and how to read, I have all the tools just asking for direction.

It's not difficult to see if you have Flash modules or eeprom, if you don't post model numbers we can't be more specific
