alter eeprom data VDO VAG tacho

Hi

is there someone knowing how to alter the eeprom data of a VDO unit? (specifically a 4B0920932).

Already found some info of a VW tacho, Golf4 tacho "tunning" - VW TACHOMETER - Tachometer / Dashboard Forum (http://www.gti-tdi.de/board2/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=3197)
However this data is not equal to the one of the 4B0920932.


Or does someone know how to real-time emulate a 93c86 eeprom? This way decoding the eeprom data should also be possible.
